Our interdisciplinary team provides free counselling to help you on your journey towards a smoke-free life.
We offer free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), including patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers, and mouth sprays. Our on-site pharmacist can also prescribe other medications to support you.
We are part of the STOP with Family Health Teams program that is funded by the Government of Ontario in partnership with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).
Initial visits generally take about 60 minutes. There is a consent form to enroll in the STOP with Family Health Teams program in order to receive NRT products at no cost. Follow-up visits are every 2-4 weeks and are about 15-30 minutes. Open only to the patients of Thamesview Family Health Team. For more information / to register call 519-354-0070.
