Weekly Challenge #3
Week 3:
5 rounds:
5 burpees
10 crunches (focus on raising shoulder blades off floor, do not pull on neck/head)
10 hip ups (legs straight, feet point to ceiling, raise bum and low back of ground)
10 ab twists (try to keep heels off ground, seated position, touch hands down side to side R&L=1 rep)

Weekly Challenge # 2
Brisk 10 minute walk
Then three rounds of:
30-60 second plank hold (can do shorter length if needed, high or low plank, can modify with hands on chair or bench)
10 jump squats (take jump out if needed, focus on good depth in the squat, weight in backs of feet)
10 jump lunges (take jump out if needed, knee down to ground, front foot should be in front of knee)
25 plank shoulder taps (modify with hands on chair/bench if needed)
We also now have a skipping rope if needed for activities at Emma in Suite 108 in the kitchen if you would like to participate.

Weekly Challenges
The Fit FHT committee has put together some weekly challenges over the month of October.
Week 1: October 2 - 6, 2017, each day that you complete the challenge you can put your name in our box located in the big kitchen and at the end of the month there will be prize(s). Emma, please just message me if you do the challenge and I will put your name in the box. The max number of ballots per week you can obtain is 5. There are skipping ropes in the staff coat room in the back hallway at Grand, and one skipping rope at the Emma site, suite 108.
Week 1: Oct 2-6
50 skips
40 jumping jacks
30 squats
20 lunges
10 push ups
